Amanda Watt

Amanda has been a Chartered Accountant for over 25 years, her most recent role was a co-founder and Director of Shortland Chartered Accountants Limited, based in Auckland CBD. Amanda worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including property, construction, manufacturing, advertising, and professional services. Amanda has been a property investor for over 20 years, mainly in residential investment with one commercial property.
Amanda is also actively involved in the property investment community. She serves as a Board member of the Auckland Property Investors Association (APIA), helping to grow and strengthen its membership, and is a Board member and Treasurer of the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation (NZPIF). Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, vintage champagne, and spending time with her family.
