Jessica has been immersed in the New Zealand property market for over 25 years. After purchasing her first home at 20 and her first investment property at 21, she went on to build a rental portfolio. As a dedicated buy-and-hold investor, she has hands-on experience in renovations, has recently expanded into short-term accommodation (Airbnb), and has self-managed most of her properties along the way.
Grateful for the opportunities and connections she gained through APIA from a young age, Jessica is driven to foster that same supportive environment for the next generation of investors.
To complement her active investing experience, she brings a strong financial background specialising in mortgage strategy and structure. This allows her to view the market through both the practical lens of a landlord and the analytical lens of a finance professional. On the APIA Board, Jessica is focused on helping members learn, gain market confidence, and ultimately grow their portfolios and long-term wealth.
