Nic Irvine has been an active property investor since 2009 and an APIA member since 2013.
She is a serving member of the New Zealand Defence Force and brings more than 25 years of experience across leadership, operations, planning, safety and assessment, training, coaching, mentoring and team development. She also brings governance board experience within Defence, along with a strong ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and lead people through complex and changing environments.
Nic values the knowledge, support and connections that come from being part of a strong property investment community. She enjoys sharing experiences, learning from others and helping people build their knowledge and confidence. Nic brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective to the APIA Board and is passionate about supporting members, contributing to the ongoing success of APIA and helping strengthen its future.
Outside of work and property, Nic enjoys travelling, staying active, playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with her dog Ned as a therapy dog.
